The BBQ03SI is part of our Chief Series and one of our most requested grills. Featuring a unique all-black finish, this model delivers full Santa Maria functionality with a heavy-duty frame made of 1/8” cold-rolled steel, painted with heat-resistant coating. All food-contact elements (grates, griddle, meat hooks) are crafted in 304 stainless steel, ensuring premium grilling performance. Comes with a firebox brasero, foldable side table, front door, and four grilling zones: main grate, secondary grate, griddle, and meat hooks.

Note: Cold-rolled steel grills may show signs of rust over time; light sanding and high-temp protective paint are recommended for upkeep.
